Netherlands Indies Issues on Pages from the Portuguese UPU Reference Album RARE

  
Reference album and hand-stamped with "Ultramar" (Portuguese for overseas) or "Colonias" or "Specimen" or "Amostra" (Portuguese for Sample). Very Rare as only 2 sets are known to exist. Very strong additions to any collection or Exhibit.

Overall stamps are F/VF and most have excellent color but a few are faded and some show some tropical toning. Altogether 151 stamps on original album pages!
