This is a Dutch East Indies 1863 Pre Stamp Full Cover. It was sent from Batavia to London. There are several things to note here. It has a marked INDIA PAID and'VIA MARSAILLES' marking. It also has two strikes of the BOXED INDIA PAID BY BATAVIA (VERY RARE) and boxed INDIA PAID in RED! This one is absolutely exceptional!
