This is a Dutch East Indies 1846 Pre Stamp Full Letter. It was sent via Singapore, Alexandira, and Malta to Utrecht.

Some things to note with this letter are the Full Markings on the front and back, including the'VIA MARSEILLES' Marking on the top left corner in black and the'200' used for postal charges! It also has the various transit and receiver marks from the aforementioned locations!
