Dutch East Indies Pre Stamp 1833 Cover with DE BEERS Type 23 RED & M/S Instruction
This is a Dutch East Indies 1833 Pre Stamp Outer Cover. This is a Tegal local use cover and it was sent to Samarang.
The thing to note about this cover is that it has a DE BEERS Type 23 Cancel in RED on the front, which is RARE! Take care because this item, though in very good shape, is still extremely old!
